Taking Notes Episode
Well, I had to offer up unmentionable favors to my homies Bruce and Julian, but Mr. Blatnick and I now have a Taking Notes podcast out there about our forthcoming BP101: Designing the User Experience session. We offer up a preview of what we're going to cover in the session, and why we think it's important, and even some of my completely crazy ideas on how to close the loop with your users and help make them permanent and passionate. This was well worth the round of lap dances at the strip club in Orlando guys!
