Twisted pointless and amazing
Get a real browser. Then go here.
On a Design Partner call a few weeks ago, an (unnamed) IBM engineer made the comment "I'm not getting the sense that anyone thinks Firefox is just a flat out better browser than IE."
Me (interrupting): "whoa. Let's fix that. Firefox. is. a. better. browser. than. IE. In fact, everything is a better browser than IE."
There should now never be a question why.

My biggest problem with Firefox is that XPages don't play well with the latest (3.5) release. I think this is because IBM is focusing development effort on MSIE.
My biggest problem with MSIE is how bad it sucks at pretty much everything. Except promoting bing. Which also sucks. So I guess the only thing MSIE is good at is promoting a shitty "decision engine".
Of course, that's just my opinion, I could be wrong. (Not very likely)

I've been using Lunascape { Link } (no, it's not a spam link despite the .tv domain) to do website testing. It's a hybrid browser that uses the Webkit, Gecko and Trident browsing engines simultaneously. One click and you can switch the browsing engine. Unfortunately it only uses one version of each, but it's still easier than loading up three separate browsers.

Also for the love of God support CSS3!!! I have given up on making rounded corners in IE, I tell people if they want the site to look god use FF3 or 3.5, or Safari 4.
I am astounded in the abilities of webkit and CSS3 and HTML5!

100% agreed. Our Designers have specific instructions that they aren't allowed to implement rounded corners in any way except via CSS, even if that excludes some browsers.

It did take FF supporting the innerhtml property (an MS invention) to really take off, and yes, CSS still sucks in some ways, but IE is just getting left behind.
