This is SICK!
More radical than the Ribbon; probably so different that it will scare the heck out of people. But Adaptive Path's vision of the browsing experience of the future is awesome.

Highlights include: no pull down menus or tool bars. Intelligent use of the Z-axis. Having everything as a drag target.
Single biggest problem: probably impossible to meet accessibility guidelines.
