We've had a few hiccups as a result of the recent surge in registrations. We're working on revisions to the reg process that should make things run a little smoother, and it's obvious that we need better password management tools in place sooner rather than later.

3 - Could be higher if there was a clear way to find out how to do it and if the username and password that works for the connections server worked elsewhere. Emoticon
