The big idea from elguji software

QuickImage
elguji software is a company founded by Bruce Elgort and Gayle Ujifusa designed to help out with technical support for open source software.  Well, they are now about to launch a new site called Idea Jam where the users of IBM Lotus products can log their ideas for improving the products.  Please see the PDF in my "downloads" section for the official press release.

I have been a tester of this system for the last few months and, IMHO, I believe it is a really good tool and will help bring to light some of the woes all of us, users, developers and administrators alike have felt.

Idea Jam is a site where users of IBM’s Lotus software products can exchange ideas on how to improve Lotus products.  Others can help promote and/or demote ideas, as well as, providing feedback through comments. Popular ideas will rise to the top. The Idea Jam, unlike blogs and discussion forums, allows a single place for the Lotus community to share and promote ideas and suggestions on how to improve IBM Lotus software.

The site will officially launch for user registration on Tuesday November 20, 2007, until then it can be previewed here.  The site will also be discussed in the upcoming podcast "Taking Notes" (episode #69), so stay tuned.  Please review the official press release in my "downloads" section.
